Our annual service contracts offer 24/7 emergency service during the heating season and service during normal office hours off-season.

Contracts run from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.

Included in your service contract:

• Annual cleaning, which includes a new nozzle, filter, and strainer, brushing and vacuuming of the boiler and smoke pipe, and any efficiency adjustments.
• Coverage of most standard parts on your oil burner: please refer to the printable service contract link on this page.
• 24/7 coverage from October 1 through April 31, and 8 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week, excluding holidays during the summer months.
